YOUTH FRIENDLY CENTRE XY
Association XY is not only non-governmental organization, this organization represent real Youth Friendly Center. Beside information and education in the wide area of sexual and reproductive health, Association XY offers medical and counseling services.
Since October 2004 within Association XY exist Counseling Center for sexual and reproductive health while Medical Center was establish in September 2006. Services of Youth Friendly Center (YFC) became more comprehensive and in line with specific clients needs. All services in YFC XY are adapted for youth (from 10 to 26 years old) and this fact made YFC XY unique.
Everything is settle in one place and when young person came in YFC XY can have different kind of services in sexual and reproductive health area.
COUNSELING CENTER
Counseling Center works every day from 08:30 am to 04:30 pm and young person can use these services in three ways:

To your questions respond professional staff (psychologists). You can address to us everything that you want to know about sexual and reproductive health and rights, sexuality, sexual transmitted infection (STI), HIV, contraception, violence etc.
MEDICAL ORDINATION XY
Medical Ordination XY offers gynecological and urological services twice a week.
Gynecological services- Tuesday and Thursday from 03:30 pm to 06:30 pm
Urological- Tuesday and Thursday from 09:00 am to 11:00 am

Waiting time is very short
All services are free of charge, anonymous and confidentiality
Approach of medical staff is friendly and adapted to young people
Respect of client’s rights is obligatory
Team of professionals (gynecologist, urologist and nurse) which provides services in Medical Ordination XY have extra education for specific kind of work with youth, especially youth from vulnerable groups
We distribute condoms, IEC materials and contraceptive pills
In situation when team of professionals in YFC XY can’t response to some problem we have establish very effective mechanism for referral client in relevant Medical Institution: Public Institution „Zavod za zdravstvenu zaštitu žena i materinstva Kantona ”, Gynecological- Obstetrics Clinic, Urological Clinic, VCT Center / Clinic for Infective diseases and Family Counseling Center.
Characteristics of YFC XY are same for male and female clients - confidentiality, anonymity, access to services, friendly approach to all clients despite of gender, sexual orientation, religion and other differences.
All services that young person need in term of his or her sexual and reproductive health is settle in one place.
